The kitchen is extremely bright, thanks to its three glass-panelled walls overlooking the garden and a central stainless-steel island – a veritable monolith equipped with all the necessary appliances, offering a professional style.
A suspended metal unit on the wooden ceiling houses the Nube cooker hood with its minimalist design.
Designed for ceiling installation, it fits seamlessly into this layout, complementing the stainless steel finish whilst ensuring maximum functionality through its perimeter extraction system.

The floor, made of geometrically decorated cement tiles, adds a colour accent to the neutral stone walls and, more broadly, to the overall palette of the property.
From the living room, furnished with an outstanding solid wood table, you can enjoy views of the garden from the comfortable contoured armchairs with fur covers and share moments of conviviality.
The light grey resin flooring, combined with the anthracite-coloured windows and doors, gives the room a contemporary feel.
